November 29, 2023We have lived here for just over a year now and there are pros and cons for Brookview. Recently the gates have been broken constantly allowing anyone to drive right into the community. Also parking has become a major issue. If you come into the community after 6pm, there are no spots and the only available spots have been extremely far away from our unit. The positive is that all of our neighbors are friendly and our neighbors are extremely quiet on both sides now. The staff and maintenance are ...nice and helpful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
