Ridiculous Move Out Charges
January 20, 2022We moved out after living there for one year. They are asking us to pay more than double of what we paid in our security deposit despite us leaving our apartment in really great condition but still we are charged. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Upon vacating, our home office provides an itemized statement of any specific charges assessed to your account. These charges reflect the work required to return the apartment to move-in ready condition based on the state of the apartment at move-out (minus normal wear and tear). Photos are taken upon vacating and can be provided if more detail is requested, or clarification is needed. Your lease agreement clearly details the resident’s financial responsibility to return the apartment to the same condition as move-in.

Elegant high ceiling modern design apartments
December 17, 2020Highlights of the Brookdale apartments: high ceiling living room which gives beautiful view of redwood trees, great natural light, good size patio, modern design amenities, one wall of living room can be painted of your choice which I have not found anywhere else, good AC in living room, great electric heaters in living room and bedrooms, spacious kitchen with modern appliances, aesthetic common area with swimming pool, fitness studio, jacuzzi, BBQ area surrounded with redwood trees which makes ...you feel really close to nature, amazing staff always helpful and always fulfilled the request in max 1 day. One of the best apartments!! Note: electric stove, no washer drier in the apartment but good laundry with was fine with us.Property Manager Responded
