Avoid
September 13, 2024The maintenance people do NOT know what they are doing. They do not fix anything. If you want something fixed be prepared to call everyday asking to get it fixed. All the windows are old and all are moldy. The maintenance guys and front office did NOTHING, and the front office pushed it under the rug. The do not treat they're renters nicely AT ALL. I know many people on this comlex with bugs and ALL moldy!Review from Apartments.com

Great place to live!
April 5, 2019I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now. It is by far the best place to live. Office staff and maintenance are very nice and personable. It is a very quiet and safe place. My daughter enjoys playing outside with the rest of the kids and also loves to go in the office every Friday for fresh made cookies. Great place to live
March 6, 20191st time i called they picked up by the 2nd ring, and the top level service hasnt stopped from there. We had to get out of our apt in roswell because of roaches, and needed a really quick and easy switch. Heather and all the staff give the highest level of service and i cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic. The apts are light and very well designed, most importantly clean. August 31, 2018I love living here! It’s nice and quiet and clean. I haven’t had any issues, and I know if I did the staff would be on it immediately. My Home Away From Home
October 5, 2016Brooke Mill was my first apartment when moving to Ga. Richard was the first person to help assist my mom and I into getting our apartment. It's a quite well kept environment, maintenance is fast and prompt. It's close to Kroger, Walmart, Target and Publix, 575 is right down the street you have everything you need. I recently was in search of a place to live and Patti was fast to assist me and got me the best rate. The Manger Samaya (I hope I got it right) locked me in and I'm VERY excited to ...return. Loving my new place!!
June 28, 2016I'm loving my new place, of course I had concerns at first, just like I would if I moved into a town home, home, etc. However, this is the best decision I have made thus far. My place was clean, and nice when I had my inspection. It is cozy, comfortable, and very relaxing. I even broke the ice by meeting the neighbors across from me, behind me, and underneath me. They seem nice and welcoming so far. Donna is a sweetheart, very lovable, Richard is funny, but will assist you with all of your needs, ...Mina is laid back and nice, and Patty is caring. The residents walk their dogs, have conversations on the porch, and enjoy themselves. The landscaping is lovely, however; I have one complaint, and that is the Laundry room, it needs to be kept clean. Besides that, I couldn't ask for a better place, a great location, quiet, safe, convenient, and close to my job. I'm glad to call Brooke Mill my home. Hope this doesn't change. Nice at First Glance, but Beware!
August 14, 2015I've only lived her for six months and I can't wait for my lease to end. The place is swarming with gnats, spiders, huge Palmetto bugs, millipedes and ants. I've requested an exterminator eight times and no one has ever showed up to spray. The neighbors are loud and rude and make noise at all hours of the night. Their kids are allowed to run loose unattended and screaming all day every day. People throw trash and leave their dog's droppings everywhere.
