Awesome place to live
March 26, 2026Brooke's Edge has been our home now for about 8 or 9 years. The girls in the office are all awesome and will help with whatever you may have a problem with. The maintenence guys are awesome also. You turn in a repair and they get to it quickly. The pool is refreshing the gym is also an awesome place to do some workout without having to pay for a membership to a big gym. We have loved it here.Review from Apartments.com

Wonderful place to call home
June 16, 2025My husband and I have been at Brooke's Edge between 7-8 years. The office staff is friendly and very helpful the maintenence guys are very friendly. You'll love it here!
November 23, 2022We moved from out of state and needed a place while house is completed. We were having issues due to pets, and we found Brooksedge and fell in love! The office & maintenance staff are amazing! Hailey, Ashley, Sonja, Stan & Ron have gone above and beyond with customer service. I had 3 minor work orders and all completed the very next day. The exercise equipment is new and good shape and they're quick to repair it if needed. I haven't had a change to use pool due to closed for winter. They have ...a small dog park and LOTS of poo stations located around the grounds. The view is amazing and its quiet. No parties no loud music that I have ever noticed. A few times the college kids use the fire pit next to our units but the sound deadening is great, so no issues there. Smoking not allowed in apartments nor within 20 feet I believe. DON'T
September 26, 2022Please do not rent from here. This place is ate up with black mold, had a mold test done and it came back positive. The office will allow tenants to do anything, got a restraining order on one and they still allowed them to stay. Crawling with college kids that will destroy your property. Good luck getting parking. Good luck getting maintenance to fix literally anything. If you feel like renting from a trailer park this is the place to go, nothing about this is luxurious. Let's not forget to ...mention there's constant car break ins, and kids running around with guns. Save yourself the money.Property Manager Responded

Wouldn’t recommend
June 6, 2022These apartments are not close to being luxury. Everything inside is very cheap. The management is not helpful. They constantly add extra charges to the rent and nothing is ever updated. The location and pool are nice, but that’s the best I can say about the place. Price is just too high for the accommodations provided. Careful
October 2, 2021We made our payments to secure a unit in mid-August. The Unit that was described to us had my wife very excited, but it wouldn’t be available until October 8th. We officially sold our home 09/13 and the buyer agreed we could stay in our home (rent free no less) until our unit was ready. The new owner already had renters waiting on us to move that generously gave us the first week into their rented month. We started preparing change of address/service transfers so there would be a smooth ...transition without interruptions as well as scheduling movers. On Oct 1st we are informed the unit we are preparing to move into is not going to be available as the tenants are not leaving. Yes, we have sold our home with the understanding we had a place to go to find out we don’t, seven days before we are due to be out. The unit described to my wife was a 2nd story that’s just like the demo you will see with windows facing the courtyard, she was ecstatic. I personally didn’t want the place, could do way better for those prices, this was for her. What we would have been stuck with is the opposite, very back corner, ground floor with a great view of a dirt hill and tree trunks. Upon hearing this I knew this was going to be a disaster, so I told them it’s up to her I don’t care. Having grown up in military housing I’m used to dealing with what you get. I’m personally not appreciating what is feeling like a bait and switch and knowing you have sold your house what options do you have anyway vibe. Checking in, she’s in tears and said it’s dark has no view at all and cats have urinated everywhere from the previous occupant (they haven’t had a chance to clean to their defense) My wife met with them twice to work out compensations, but she still seemed torn and just grossly disappointed. I pulled the plug on this fiasco. If the core process of tenant occupancy can’t be facilitated how can you trust anything to be followed through with any accuracy. I could only imagine what would have happened if this happened to someone out of state or worse there was no other unit available.Property Manager Responded

A great place to call home!
June 22, 2021We recently moved to Brookes, sight unseen, with our two young kids for my husbands job. The staff was so helpful from the first inquiry to move in day and every day since! The apartments are clean, spacious, and you have a great view everywhere you go. Maintenance is friendly and prompt when you need something. Everyone we’ve met so far has been nice and courteous and we haven’t had any issues with parking. We love that it’s high on a hill and close to everything. The only thing that could make ...this better is a play area for kids and a bigger fire pit area so it’s easier to meet and hangout with neighbors. All that to say, going from a 3br house to the 2br apartment life has been a smooth transition and we love our new home!Property Manager Responded
