Misleading
May 7, 2019I want to give everyone a heads up before applying to this apartment. I don’t want you to have the same experience I had. I application free is $50 and $200 deposit. DO NOT FILL AN APPLICATION or PAY THE DEPOSIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE PLACE OR 100% SURE YOU WANT TO MOVE THERE BECAUE NO ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO VIEW AND TO REFERE ONLINE PICTURES. I was approved in three days and they called and I decline. They told me I will not get the $200 deposit back because they lost money on rent. I never even sign ...a lease or seen the place. I applied to 4 apartment and when I decline was able to get my deposits back. Read the fine print because the guy in the front desk will not explain that to you and say you should have read the paper.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
