Welcome to Brookfield Place. We are all brand new construction offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa homes with 2 car attached garages. Most Villas offer a flex den that is perfect for an office. We are only 9 miles to the heart of downtown Toledo and only 5 miles to Levis Commons in Perrysburg or 3 miles to our historical end of Perrysburg. We offer tours Monday to Friday from 10-5:30 by appointment and Saturday from 10-4.. Visit us on Sundays from 2-4 during our Show Home Sunday Showcase.
