Conditions at shadeland courts apartments
June 22, 2018Shadeland courts apartments are the most trashy apartments on the East side.They have mice and roaches.The property manager does nothing to keep the apartments up. The Health department have been out there on numerious occasions the steps and the landing are unsafe there is no central air in the units no Laundry rooms the whole complex should be tore down there has been multiple shootings. Now they try to change the name to pike place. I encourage everyone not to move in to this place it ...doesn't deserve one starProperty Manager Responded

RENTERS BEWARE OF SHADELAND COURTS
May 23, 2017Worst place ever to live! Tenants shoot each other from door to door, Apartments FULL of mold. no heat in most of the units. Owner's do not have the money to repair 1 thing, but sure want the rent! Do not rent here! biggest mistake you can make is, to trust this place!Review from Apartments.com
