    Great location, amazing staff, and the floor plans are really nice. I love that they are changing out old carpet with hard floors. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner.

    Brookleigh Flats has been an amazing place to live. The team is truly outstanding & friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The facilities and amenities are well maintained and make day-to-day living really enjoyable.   • Great Location, Great Neighbors, Dependable Management

    This property is the best in the area. Initially, I thought it was a condominium. The property is tucked away near townhomes and beautiful parks. It's great being able to walk across the street for a bite at Marlows or a margarita at Pure and walk back home. One of my neighbors moved out to one of the newer apartments but recently moved back in to Brookleigh, that says a lot! I have lived here for six years and I appreciate that the same management (Carter-Haston) has been in place since ...
    I've been here. Shout out to the maintenance team too! One guy lives here and was out in the cold putting salt down during the ice storm. They really care and keep the property in great shape.

  • Great place. Shout out for Steven!!

    I have been here since 2022. Let me start with saying STEVEN (maintenance) has been the highlight of my experience here. (See below) The community here is respectful, quiet, and the management really wants to make things right with their tenants. They may get busy at times, but they eventually always handle any issues accordingly. My AC has never been efficient and I always have $500 plus electric bills. Now, it DID take a while for management to send in Steven, but finally when they did, he ...
    found a HUGE issue where my AC was missing a component that affect its distribution of Freon. This caused inefficient cooling and skyrocketed my bills. The management has agreed to reimburse my last 3 electric bills which is greatly appreciated as I have been struggling to afford $500-600 electric bills. I wish it would have been done sooner, but at least they have addressed this and wanting to make it right. This is VERY RARE in Atlanta. I love the team here.

    The apartments at Brookleigh flats are very nice, and I had an awesome time touring the apartments there. Angelo was a huge help and was very knowledgeable about all the amenities and gave me a tour around the whole complex. Definitely a great place to move in Brookhaven.

    We toured the property with Catherine and she is such a delight. She answered all of our questions. We had looked at about 6 properties and had chosen Brookleigh Flats. But my husbands job decided to not move him to Atlanta :(. If we ever have another chance to move to Atlanta we will most definitely move to Brookleigh.
