Stay away
November 23, 2023I've been here almost 3 years and its really gone down hill. Hallways are filthy. Floors warped.. Windows and doors don't seal. $250+ electric bills. Dogs poop wherever obviously. Police are here quite often. Questionable tenants... please reconsider going somewhere else. At least walk through several buildings before you make a decision..Review from Apartments.com

Great property, great staff!
July 3, 2019I have interacted with Jake, Brian, and Bailey during our lease at Brooklyn Place. They have been nothing short of amazing. Jake, the property manager, makes it obvious through his positive and professional demeanor that he is very dedicated to the community and its residents. His assistance was so invaluable during the leasing process that we knew Brooklyn Place was THE place for us. Brian has been kind, helpful and knowledgeable at every turn and Bailey is a great maintenance person. Every ...service request we've had was repaired by Bailey and he is fast, professional, effective and tidy with every repair. I really cannot commend the staff enough. Our apartment is beautiful and was clean and in working order when we moved in.
