September 29, 2025On the whole it is a nice place to live. Love my view of the mountains and looking forward to seeing the snow when it comes. Seems to be very peaceful as very rarely see anyone in the hall or elevator for such a large complex.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025“Newly renovated” but spots all over where flooring pops up. (Maintence came and hammered a couple spots down, but there are still many spots everywhere.) I’m also still scrubbing random spots of glue left from the flooring all over the floor. The trim was half caulked in random spots(after mentioning it they came and quickly/sloppily put caulk everywhere, even though I saw the unit downstairs that they are renovating got molding for the trim gap.) the ceiling was dirty and I had to clean it ...myself. The dishwasher doesn’t clean right and is rusted, they haven’t done anything about it. I had to clean the ac filters the day I moved in and they were disgusting. Also had to clean the washing machine, there were black bits inside. There’s also bird poop all over the walk way to my apartment. Really feel disappointed.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025I love my apartment and always get compliments about how spacious and nice it is when I have friends or family visit! It's the nicest apartment I've ever lived in. Some of my favourite features are the big walk-in closet, the good sized storage unit, the big balcony (South facing so I get lots of sun to grow vegetables and flowers in the summer), and new appliances. Additionally, there is a gym that has basic equipment and a community BBQ area that is great to use during the summer. The rental ...cost is reasonable for quality of the apartment. Views are also beautiful, as I get a panoramic mountain view from my apartment. Hoping rent does not increase too much over the years, as I would love to stay here as long as possible. Highly recommend Brooklyn West. The staff here are also excellent, particularly the rental manager and the maintenance staff. I never have to wait long when I submit a maintenance request and the maintenance manager is very kind and sociable.Property Manager Responded
