      I lived in this complex for seven years out of necessity. I paid rent every month, without fail. The things that we endured while living here were ridiculous. I ended up giving one month notice and moving out because of the noise and destruction caused by the kids living in the complex. They did nothing to prevent any of this from happening, nor did they try to find me a quiet apartment because I worked from home. The only time they offered me a different one was when I gave them my notice. When ...
      I had the opportunity I gave as much notice as possible. Now they want to charge me for the remainder of my lease. This is completely unfair considering I couldn’t even enjoy my apartment due to the noise and destruction. Do not live here! The type of people they’re allowing to live here contributes to the atmosphere. The only reason I stayed so long is because my kids were in Williamsport schools. There’s dog poop everywhere,garbage overflowing from the dumpsters and the apartments look nice at first, but you can tell they’re just painting over damage, etc. The office staff will make you feel like they’re “on it” but they truly don’t care. Find a private landlord and avoid this place trust me.

      This place looks good on paper but after two years we couldn't get out of there fast enough. I can only describe this place as uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unsafe.
