This apartment complex management is horrible. Nothing ever gets fixed. I have broken toilets for two years now. Multiple work orders ha e been put in they just mark them as fixed. This place is cheap and in a good location. This is the only reason people move here. Then they get stuck because of the economy.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER

I’ve lived here for my year long lease and it’s the WORST. You have a complaint about anything? You might as well not waste your time with telling management. Might as well write it down on a piece of paper and burn the paper. That’s how effective the staff is. Trying to get in contact with the office? Good luck. You might as well try to call Mars, you might get an actual dial tone if you call Mars unlike if you call the office here. They have “rules” but don’t enforce them AT ALL. It’s ...

basically a playground around here. Actually wouldn’t even call it that because at least people MAINTAIN a playground. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I just moved in and the manager, Isis, made the process easy and smooth. She went through the lease contract word by word. The unit has great features such as the wood panel look to the flooring. I was absolutely satisfied how the apt was renovated. Basically two people make this complex great Isis and her maintenance staff. The staff keeps a clean property and will fix anything that breaks immediately!! They are more than willing to help you anyway possible! I've no issues with neighbors at all. ...

Very friendly and quite community. Though it is not the newest place in the neighborhood, you can't find better place when it comes to price vs location/property ratio. Isis as a manager always makes sure her residents are satisfied!

My stay here is been excellent. I love the customer service and the way Mrs. Kim treats all of us. Every time I go into the office it is such a delight to see her I'm so happy that she is here. My maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and and issues I have always get resolved. I just love my apartment

Our Apartment Manager Maria was very curtious and well prepared to answer any questions I had and followed up with me through everything. 04/01/2018 If you are looking for a nice quiet and friendly place to call home you need to visit Brookmoore Hollow Apts and talk to Vanessa our office manager. She is awesome. Very helpful. Grounds are kept up very well. Family area is quite nice. A very quiet and friendly community. I would highly recommend the complex to anyone.

I just resigned another years lease. This is my 8th year. My kids have grown up here, I bought my first grand baby home here. This is our home. I love my neighbors they are so friendly and we all look out for one another. Vanessa is wonderful she always has a smile on her face and greats everybody. Maintenance is also very good.
