Do not stay here run away
July 4, 2025The worst complex I have ever lived at. No onsite personal expect for maintenance they don’t answer the phone line or the text lines they provide. They try to steal money from your deposit by making up bogus fees. When you challenge and call them out on the bogus things they do they will completely ignore you. I had to call codes multiple times to get the help I needed. It’s gated but the gate has never worked it is pointless. You have to pay for parking and on top on that guest have to. Very ...rude office staff with no customer service skills they hate when you ask them to do the job they are paid to do. I have never had so much trouble from an apartment complex than this one, trust me it’s not worth giving them your moneyProperty Manager Responded

It's okay but can we talk about Parking.
July 13, 2023The complex is ok. The apartments are spacious and nice. However, the is very little communication from management as we do have an any onsite staff except for maintenance, parking isn't great in some areas, the gate is pointless and should just be torn down. Speaking of parking they have started charging guests to park on top of the fee we already pay to park our own cars. Not to mention that fact that now that there are designated guest parking it is taking away from resident parking. It's ...absolutely ridiculous. We don't live in an area where people would need to park and leave there car. We have a hospital and Walmart right across the street. It doesn't make any since.Property Manager Responded

A little piece of heaven!
August 14, 2015I moved to Nashville from California about 4years ago. I've gone through 3 different apartment complexes and I can finally say I found home! :) Brookridge Trail Apartments have truly made this a comfortable place to live for both me and son. It's quiet, clean and the leasing office staff are great! :) I've only had to call maintanence one and that was to replace my light bulbs...they were there the next day :) One of the main reason i ike this place is because of the cleanliness!! Finally, the ...apartment I live in is beautiful, it has plenty of storage space and there's a nice sized porched, screened in for my little one to play :) I hope my experience was helpful to you, and hopefully it encourages to at least stop by and visit the complex :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015Brookridge apartments is a great place to live. The complex are quiet. The staff that work there are so informative and very helpful. Whenever I have an issue it's fix on time. The pool and fitness center is awesome. Unfortunaly, the amount of rent is extremely to high. Honestly I feel as though I'm paying morage for a house.
