Great Place to lIve
September 30, 2017I have been living here for a year now. I have a two bedroom apartment. The rooms are very spacious and a lot of storage areas. I have never had any issues with any of the property personnel in the office. Everyone has been very friendly when I have called with maintenance requests or have came in the office to pay rent, pick up a filter or etc. I have no complaints since I have never had any issues. Maintenance has came the same day to fulfill my work orders which is really nice as well. I ...would recommend the apartments at Brookridge Village and it has been a nice place to call home. Solid Apartment Living
August 26, 2015I moved in 15 years ago and haven't left yet! I am still very satisfied with my Apartment Complex which was brand new when I decided to sell my home and move into an apartment. I have large pieces of furniture which fit well in the open floor plan. The master bedroom is huge with a large walk in closet and a second bedroom roomy enough for a proper office/guest bedroom combo. The kitchen has great cabinet space and the laundry room is roomy enough for a large washer and dryer with wall to ...wall shelving. The grounds are kept well groomed and the trees have matured, which offer nice shade. If anything ever breaks or needs attention, the office staff is prompt in their response The location is just off a major highway and close to shopping, dining and downtown Louisville. SPACIOUS!
August 6, 2015Great location in a safe neighborhood! They allow my pets - thank goodness! And they have a pool! I've only had to call the office one time and they were there within the hour. I moved from a 3 BR house to a 2 BR apt. and everything fits! Love it :) Friendly staff and the neighbors I've met seem very nice.Review from Apartments.com
Nice and quiet
July 28, 2015I've lived here since August of last year. It's a very quiet location, and maintenance has always responded quickly to my requests.
