May 13, 2021Front office is slow and never answers the phone. Maintenance guys are sweet and try their best but can take a while to fix something. There are people breaking into cars and stealing cars at the apartment complex and management hasn’t done anything to stop it. The water is off at least 3/4 times a month for maintenance. The dog park is full of poop and there’s roaches. The exterminator just sprays whatever and leaves but doesn’t really do anything other than walk along the walls of the ...apartment. There’s never any visitors parking because residents park there. My neighbor has at least 12 people leaving in the apartment and are forever smoking outside my window. The apartment complex is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I have enjoyed the location of the property for the convenience and access to surrounding restaurants, shopping, exercise options, easy parking, care and property maintenance. The rent seems fair according to surrounding market value. AND! During the recent unexpected freeze, my power or water never went out! THAT was amazing!
