September 25, 2025All have been good since I been at Brookside. I haven’t had any problem i am glad to leave in a good neighborhood. Just sometime the parking lot get full quick I guess we have a lot of new neighbors dont know.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2025I have lived here since May of 2024 and have no complaints! Leasing office is quick to answer calls and responds to emails in a timely manner. The grounds are always kept nice and the price is about average for this area.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025Ive been living here for two years and overall, it’s been a good experience. The staff is super friendly. My apartment was clean and move-in ready, and I love the natural light in the living room. The location is perfect—close to everything I need. My only real complaint is the thin walls—you can sometimes hear your neighbors. But honestly, that’s pretty typical for apartments.
