October 2, 2024After a few months of residency, we are so happy that we decided to call the Brookside Apartments home. The Brookside Apartments provide a convenient location by being close to the highway while still maintaining a peaceful environment. Outside of the countless amenities (in-unit laundry, dishwasher, open floor plan, etc.), the Brookside Apartments offer pet friendly housing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the amenities are impressive, featuring a small gym, fire pit, grills, basketball courts, picnic tables, and a playground. The community is safe and quiet. The application process is straightforward, enhanced by an online portal for easy rent payments and maintenance requests. Upon move-in, the unit was immaculate, featuring modern design elements like a granite island and stainless steel ...appliances. The balcony and in-unit laundry are great perks. There’s ample parking, and the well-maintained grounds add to the appeal. Community events, such as visits from an ice cream truck for all residents, foster a strong sense of belonging. Wonderful, quiet space in scenic area convenient and close!
September 27, 2024I have absolutely loved living at the Brookside. The property is quiet and well maintained. The units are beautiful and have amazing amenities, including granite countertops, spacious rooms, balconies and even a fire pit outside. I also enjoy the gym, which is quite convenient when I am not running around the scenic area or venturing to the nearby rail trail! Extremely pleased
September 4, 2024I have lived at Brookside for over 4 years now and am extremely pleased with my decision to have moved here. As an older woman I feel very safe living here. There is limited access to the buildings which makes it secure. I like that the complex is set back from the main road. It's conveniently located and also smoke-free. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are always friendly and responsive to all reports/requests. The apartment has many great amenities to include in-unit ...washer/dryer, minimal carpeted area, large walk-in shower, its pet friendly and so much more. Every unit is also assigned a separate storage closet and my only complaint is that mine is located in the next building over. It would be ideal to have it in the same building as my apartment. I was told that it was a construction error-they simply didn't plan on the correct number of storage closets as apartments in this building. Quiet & safe neighborhood
November 16, 2022The neighborhood is quiet and safe tucked away in some nature. The dog park, green areas, and trail are great for dogs. The apartments themselves are beautiful and provide great space. The common areas and landscape are very well managed. The only downside is how much you can hear everything going on around you in your neighbors’ apartments, especially if they have their own dogs or kids.Review from Apartments.com
Noisy
September 20, 2021The apartments look so beautiful but the there is no soundproofing. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does. Living on a top floor does not help.
