August 9, 2025I just made a year. I renewed for another year. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The management team with Liz and Roxanne are great. Very friendly and professional always. July 12, 2025Since I’ve been living at Brookside Apartment Homes, I’ve had various reasons to talk to the maintenance people and apartment complex staff. Everyone was very helpful and the maintenance immediately responded to my request. Anytime I have questions for the staff they are friendly and helpful. Terrible company to rent from
January 12, 2025Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 11, 2024I have lived at Brookside for over 10 years now and I love it!! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ricardo one of the long term maintenance staff is always friendly and gets the job done. As far as comments about trash, that is the valet trash pickup service. They go around collecting all the bags and put them to the curb. It has never been there long because the truck then comes around to get it. November 21, 2024I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here, the rent office never answers the phone, maintenance guy is such a rude jerk. January 16, 2024Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. June 27, 2022Things constantly break maintenance just put a band-aid fix on it and call it a day. Management communication skills are very poor and at times flat out rude. If you need anything from management, you have to make sure to walk in office. Getting any communication outside of walking in office does not happen. If management commits to a time to meet/speak with you do not expect them to follow through with agreed upon time or reach out at all. If you have an emergency after hours, they will not ...answer!
