Terrible company to rent from

Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.

I have lived at Brookside for over 10 years now and I love it!! Office and maintenance staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ricardo one of the long term maintenance staff is always friendly and gets the job done. As far as comments about trash, that is the valet trash pickup service. They go around collecting all the bags and put them to the curb. It has never been there long because the truck then comes around to get it. The rooster is not on Brookside property!!

Let me start with the staff, the manager is the best. I was here before and did not want to even tour after hearing my friends horror stories but now I do not worry about a thing. Things constantly break maintenance just put a band-aid fix on it and call it a day. Management communication skills are very poor and at times flat out rude. If you need anything from management, you have to make sure to walk in office. Getting any communication outside of walking in office does not happen.
