Great kids I am very happy with the 2 young men who came to do work. Not only did they complete all the orders I had. They had also fixed an ongoing problem with my window. I'm not sure yet I'm going to have to wait for a thunder/snow storm to confirm this. For years I've had it raining, snowing and wind blowing into my apartment bc of a gap that we thought was a warped window. It was actually determined that I needed a whole new window. However, when the guy popped the window out to correctly ...
get the screen on right and popped it back in, the gap is now gone. I might need to have areas that might need a little sealant. , but yeah I think the problem really is fixed. Thanks.

Needed wall painted where some paint came off the wall where paint come off.. Maintenance was friendly like always. Didn't take long at all to fix the problem and looks so much better. Overall very pleased wirh Maintenance.

This is not a peaceful place to live. Several residents loiter in the parking lot for hours on end BLASTING music/bass from their vehicles. Management has not helped or intervened once even though they’ve been provided several opportunities.

I've been living at brookside apartments for over 2 years(this will be my last)during these (2) years I've had several issues(hood vent coming down above stove,sink drain leaking,heat not working properly,just to name a few)in my apartment in which I've had to repair myself,due to the fact that maintenance never shows up to fix these things.Did I mention also the swimming pool being down almost the entire summer of(2016)?The management staff here is also incompetent to say the least!saying ...
anything to get you to sign a lease.The apartments are all outdated,in desperate need of upgrade! I have barely scratched the surface of all the issues I've had here,do yourself a favor,for the price you can do better!
