MICE AND ROACHES!!
January 15, 2024There is an infestation of Mice and BIG Roaches. You can hear the mice through the walls. I have caught 3 mice in 1 week. Upstairs neighbor has caught 4. This is HORRIBLE!! The walls look like they are about to fall apart. The “renovated” apartments look nice but once you live in there everything falls apart (cheap materials). Ladies in the leasing office are rude and the emails they send always sound threatening. Stay away from this apartment complex. Save yourselves from the stress and ...headaches. Also, im sure other positive reviews are fake. All of my neighbors complain about the same issues and nothing gets done to resolve anything.Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2018I have lived in Winding Brook for a little over 8 years now and I wouldn't live anywhere else. I work in the city and the convenience of the highway right outside the complex is great! There are a bunch of other complexes in the area but for what I have seen in Hamilton Winding Brook is the cheapest and you'll get the most for your money. The only way to find a cheaper apartment is to move to Trenton. If you want to live in Hamilton and your on a budget, Winding Brook is the place to be!!Review from Apartments.com
