January 31, 2025Beautiful place to live very clean the property manager and this office staff Mr. shaft and Miss Leticia went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my unit extremely nice and clean. Roaches
August 8, 2022My son and his friends recently moved into this apartment complex. Roaches were in the apartment during the walk through and have been in the apartment daily since. Attempts to rectify this with Ms. Linda have not been successful. We were assured that if this continued termination of the lease would be facilitated. Now it seems we will need to get our attorney involved. This is highly unprofessional. A deposit was paid in June. On move in day in August they were not ready for the young men to ...move in. But expected full rent payment. Two out of the 3 young men received a key. But the third young man was told to come back the next day to get his key because maintenance had his key. This was on a Wednesday. The key was not provided until 4 days later. These are just a few of the challenges to date.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 9, 2017Before I start, I want to say that I'm not someone who only writes reviews when I experience something negative. However, I've lived with roaches for the past two years at these apartments - small, medium, large, flying, you name it. Pest control has not helped within the two years I've been here. If you don't mind living with roaches and possibly being broken into, Brookside Park is for you. Also, do not pay high prices to live in one of the most dangerous places in Atlanta. Do not be fooled ...by the gates. I just ask you to do your research with the location, and the apartment itself. If you decide to live here have a mentality to always watch your back. May 24, 2017I was a resident there for 2 years and I promise you this is the WORST place to rent in terms of safety, cleanliness, noise level and quality of the complex. It is in the most ratchet part of the city &what's worst is they promise you a "gated community". Ummmm what gate? the gate is always busted literally or broken so it's always open and anyone can get into your "gated" community, the trash piles up in the dumpster you can barely walk nearby the area without grimacing from the stench and the ...dirty crap that piles up every day. The neighbors (I've had several) blast their music as they drive by no matter what time of day and they will park right outside your complex and continue BLASTING their music that your walls vibrate. I did report this to the management and they couldn't have given less crap about your problems, they just said report it to the police and shut me off. My neighbors smoked marijuana so often that I felt like my lungs were getting congested with the drug itself, it leaked through my vents and my complex felt like I had just had a bunch of people smoking inside it. The quality of the complex itself is CRAP- from the paint on the cabinets that will peel off with time, to the cheap blinds that will break even if you use it as you should (then they charge you $55 per blind repair, which obviously the blinds were like 5$ bc of the crap quality), to the air conditioner/heater vents that don't break and you need to wait 3 weeks at least to get it fixed, to the roaches.. I can honestly go on and on, but I promise you the management SUCKS, they could care less about your problems I promise. Don't bother wasting your time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
