Quite mediocre and a bit expensive
April 13, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, it is somewhat clean and the management is attentive to a glaring issue, especially maintenance. But, the lack of enforcement of community rules ruins this place. Out of six units in my building, two residents smoke on the patio or blow out their windows, and after complaining for a year and nothing happening, I gave up. The neighborhood is loud with the airport and traffic, no denying. I think the maintenance staff works hard, but management is hard to find and generally clueless. I ...literally walked into the office one time and the asst. property manager was asleep on the couch. Residents throw trash on top of dumpsters which creates mess and pests and then we pay $30 a month for pest control which is incredibly annoying. I am moving out when my lease is up. Hopefully sooner. Oh, and good luck if there is going to be a water shutdown or something. There is ZERO communication from management, except for rent, but then they screw that up, too.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
