The front office manger is completely rude for no reason and the Maintenace men are even worse.. they barge in and out of your apartment.. the audacity. I wish they all had this energy about this mold issue that they have here. I cant wait to move out of this hell hole. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Horrible place. People consistently walk in and out of your house. If you are not home management will come into your home and leave things a mess. Sometimes they even eat your food. They don't not warn you about inspections, heat is turned off when it's cold, you have to pay extra to have an AC. They take pictures of your pets without consent come into your home without consent. They are very disorganized and do not give you any brakes for your inspection, I had clothes on my bed and they failed ...

I started staying in Brookside only 3 months ago. I cannot say anything in comparison with apartments far from newton but in newton this is the best surely. All amenities works great. Management is responsive and quick. If any complaints/service repair etc. its done within 24 hours. Costwise no other apartment comes at this cost after including all amenities, in newton. location is good, just on Rt 206 and Shopping centers at walking distance and the area around brook is beautiful. overall a ...
