Yes there is normal noise from the upkeep of the landscape and when the management company keeps up with repairs. But we are always notified of scheduled repairs before hand. The complex is very pet friendly, I've even seen someone walking their cat and pet iguana. Whenever there has been an issue in my unit as long as I bring it to the leasing offices attention they make sure it is taken care of in a timely ...manner. Which submitting work orders is extremely easy with the maintenance call center. Overall I am very happy here and it has been a great place to call home.Read More

I have lived here for over 9 years and am very happy. I especially appreciate the gated access. The management team is so friendly and kind and there are resident events every month that I always attend. Poor quality, dirty water, termites.

There are termites infesting the current building. Do not let them lie to you and tell you they aren’t. Multiple water shutdowns for hours a day, multiple times a month. Loud grass cutting at 7-8AM on days, and paper thin windows and walls do not help those who have late night jobs. Dog owners for the most part are fine, except 2 or 3, whose dogs relentlessly bark and run at you, so be ...careful walking your children as this might scare them.Read More

Cars are constantly being vandalized and broken into. Parking lot is not safe. You need to take measures to protect yourself when going out to your car and even inside your unit.

October 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI live here with my wife and twin boys. We love this place and have been here 1 yr. The bedrooms have huge closets. Our kitchen came with fridge and stove and dish washer. Staff is really friendly and whenever a repair is needed they fix it right away. A/c works great since they installed an energy efficient one when we moved in. My kids love the pool and jacuzzi. We plan on being here a couple more years.
