February 5, 2026HVAC Nothing happened. I just moved in and was given a dirty filter that hasn’t been replaced in over 60 days . Which caused my bill to spike dramatically. I expressed this and had no follow up . If it was my responsibility to replace , I would expect maintenance to add a comment to let me that, instead of closing out a request 5 days later with nothing said . February 27, 2020April of 2018 I was new to Georgia and I needed a place to live. I went to Brookstone Apartments and the entire staff was very accommodating, supportive and friendly. I love my apartment and I love the way the staff responded to to any requests that I had. Brookstone runs a very professional office. The environment is always friendly. The grounds are always clean and the environmental crew is always willing to provide you with the best service. Terrible
February 22, 2020Damaged appliances never fix any of the many issues with the plumbing. I've had constant work orders that only temporarily fix the issue than 4 months later we're back at it again. Our satisfaction is not a priority here. I was told today by an employee that they would be open till 5 today, I show up around 4:10 lights are off and they've gone home this is the third time this has happened.
