September 20, 2025I've lived at Brookview apartments for 5yrs now and enjoy living here. When problems arise anything from plumbing to neighbors they are quick to fix and problem solve. It's quiet and has great amenities and close to the bike path that leads all over fortcollins. September 18, 2025I'm already going deep into my third year lease, and cannot say enough about the staff here. I had a situation where I was down with an illness for a while and got behind. These things happen! They went out of their way to work with me until I could get back on my feet and get up to date. That is more like a family and less like a number. That says a lot about them and about this place. I had a flood when I first moved in that had to do something with what some tenant had flushed and an issue ...with the pipe being clogged. They had it fixed and somebody in my unit within 30 minutes to do a sanitizing clean up to make sure that area was healthy. I've never felt unsafe here. When I step out my back door the green area is well maintained and beautiful the trees are as if I'm in an Old Forest. I often sit off my porch and take in the Grandeur and silence. The management here as gone a long way to make me feel like I have solitude and security. Anyways reach out and find out for yourself how nice it isProperty Manager Responded

Love it!
December 9, 2018My only complaint is that the apartments are slightly outdated. Other than that, the property managers are very attentive—if you file a work request they often are there the same day or the next day to tend to any problems you have. Additionally, the grounds are kept very clean and beautiful. I love the proximity to Spring Creek Trial and the overall location in relation to Old Town and the foothills. In the summer, the pool is really nice and a great place to hang out. Overall, I love living ...here and the price is one of the most affordable in town!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good but could be better
September 27, 2015These apartments are not new. The outside color is not that great to look at but my building has lots of trees around so you see more trees than building. The lawns around the property are nice and many of the buildings overlook the Spring Creek Trail that is a short walk away. Fairly convenient location with minimal road noise. The kitchen and bathrooms are small but the closets are good size. Baseboard heating. Could use new carpet (ugly brown color). The turnover time between renters might ...not be long enough for basic repairs to get done. Closet doors need rehanging, wall paint chipped in places, floor in kitchen and bathrooms you can tell has water damage under the linoleum. Not a bad place to live but not worth the price of rent. Staying for now but looking elsewhere for next year. The biggest plus is they do allow multiple pets.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 27, 2014These apartments are ok but the bedrooms are too small to get a King size bed plus dresser into. I also have a dinning room table that wouldn't fit.. Office staff seem very nice but overall apartments too small for living and cost.Review from Apartments.com
