It is going downhill fast.
May 5, 2018We have lived here for about 5 years and the property just keeps going further downhill. The dog park is an old tennis court. There is not even any grass. The police are here often. There are loud neighbors, drugs, domestic issues etc, and management could care less. It is getting to where I don't even feel safe. Trees are overhanging, exterior of buildings moldy, and dog poop is everywhere--which is probably because the "dog park" has no grass.Review from Apartments.com
Poor management, police magnet
April 19, 2018When I first moved in I loved the apartments. Has a small town atmosphere but close to the city. But I have watched it majorly decline in quality. The police are showing up for all sorts of things from drugs, to violence, to noise complaints. Management does not care one bit, nor do they do anything to improve upon it. You go to then with concerns and they don't care. For as much as you pay in rent, youu would expect alot more. There are much better places for the money.Review from Apartments.com
Have lived @ Brookway West 2 different times
June 12, 2017We lived in one building (a 2 BR, 2 BA) back in April of 2007 and loved it. We were there about 18 months. We moved back to another unit in another building in August 2015 and we are still there (2 BR, 2 BA). No complaints-we love it. Neighbors are courteous. I have never had any trouble with anything at all. We have been there for over a year now. These units have what they call a "sunroom" which can really be used as an office or a bedroom, so you are really getting a 3 BR, 2 BA which ...is great. It has a very big closet. Horrible Place to Live
January 3, 2017The office staff is unprofessional and unresponsive. The property is not kept up at all. Its very run down and not maintained. The maintenance staff does not seem to be very well trained. I had the misfortunate of living at this place for 3 years. It was great when I first moved in, but due to a management change, the services kept going down while the rent kept going up. There are far better places to live with far more competent people to deal with.Review from Apartments.com
Apartment managers are terrible.
August 9, 2016They are never in the office. They take 3 hour lunches. I have had an issue with my apartment since the day I moved in and it's been over a month now and it still hasn't been fixed. I would never renew my lease here and I'm trying my best to get out of my lease now. I would not suggest this place to people I hate, let alone actually kinda like.Review from Apartments.com
