Don't make the mistake of renting here!!!!!
November 30, 2018The management will tell you that they can't afford to fix your gutters,which were leaking 3 years ago when you moved in,yet they can afford to buy 4 brand new golf carts for the maintenance staff.How typical!!!!!Moving as soon as my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Disappointed
June 27, 2018Staff is friendly enough but you have to stay on them to get maintenance jobs done. Had to request pest control several times for ants in the kitchen and shower! Took several months to get the crack sealed at the bottom of the exterior door (in the winter). The smell of stale second-hand smoke from another apartment was overwhelming! Don't plan on getting your deposit back. They'll find whatever loophole to keep it without notification. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Good starter apartment
July 20, 2015This was the first apartment I moved into after college. It was the perfect size for just me and my dog. I love that I have a patio that I can relax on when I'm off. The only down side is that not enough cabinets in the kitchen. I love to cook, so I have a lot of cooking items. I make it work for now.Review from Apartments.com
