Not a good place to rent
February 24, 2026Been here now since May 2024. In May 2024 management changed over because a corporation bought the complex. Since the change over things have gone downhill. My apartment flooded during a rainstorm and maintenance didn't show up at all till 3 days later by then I had the apartment cleaned and dried out myself. Also they won't handle maintenance requests in the office. They send them out to a third party to be dealt with before they get sent to the office to be dealt with. Also have to deal ...with large dogs and piles of dog crap that the owners refuse to pick up when they walk them. The windows are in serious need of being replaced. They are single pane window in their original aluminum frames. Also there are cockroaches galore and they aren't little.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 25, 2024Strategic location, good employees (especially the maintenance people), lots of renovations etc. making the complex look better and better, most of the neighbors suck though. People with pets are mostly nasty (there's always dog poop near the parking lot & the walkway near the buildings). Can't stand the smell of weed from the neighbors smoking on their porch, yuck! Some people love to blast music in their car in the parking lot and my very next door neighbors love to watch TV with max volume or ...something because I can hear it even when I'm in the bedroom. Our car got broke into TWICE and the second time it almost got stolen, I don't feel safe here.Property Manager Responded
