May 1, 2024Very nice community. Leasing office is nice and is great at answering questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is pretty timely, fully replaced our washing machine when it broke, only 3 days later.Property Manager Responded

April 25, 2024Strategic location, good employees (especially the maintenance people), lots of renovations etc. making the complex look better and better, most of the neighbors suck though. People with pets are mostly nasty (there's always dog poop near the parking lot & the walkway near the buildings). Can't stand the smell of weed from the neighbors smoking on their porch, yuck! Some people love to blast music in their car in the parking lot and my very next door neighbors love to watch TV with max volume or ...something because I can hear it even when I'm in the bedroom. Our car got broke into TWICE and the second time it almost got stolen, I don't feel safe here.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2024I have lived in this apartment (complex) for three years. I enjoy the fact that there are actually TREES here - they bring shade/coolness and character. Maintenance staff are WONDERFUL.
