Highly Insecure and Increase Rent like anything
December 21, 2018These days it's very insecure to live in brookwood, I am already living there and day before yesterday someone took my amazon package from my door. Today morning a car was broke with front mirror smashed by someone. Management should think of increasing security but they are more interested in increasing rent. Great Value and professional management
June 17, 2018Just moved in to my 1 Bedroom apartment last week. So far everything has been great. Peaceful atmosphere in the community and I have had no maintenance Issues in my unit (probably because almost everything is brand new in here) I must have got luck cause I got a great special and am paying the price that other buildings in the area are charging for a non renovated unit.
