We have lived at Brookwood for almost three years. It is a quiet community where our neighbors are respectful, and mindful of each other, and our children play safely.
There are many wonderful amenities here, as you can clearly see on the website. But when it comes down to it, one of the most important amenity of any apartment complex for me is the staffing, the behind the scenes people.

OUTSTANDING STAFF!!
Carrie & Kyle are only a phone call away with a resolution to any question or problem. I have NEVER had a issue with the front office, since Carrie has been here. She is timely, accurate, honest, and so easy to talk with. She genuinely cares about our community!
Should the rare occasion come when there is a maintenance need, Kyle is your man! Again since Kyle has come to work here any problem big or small… any issue at all, he will come , assesses the problem & then tackles it ASAP!! No moss ever grows under this man’s shoes. Both Carrie & Kyle takes great pride in their work, and in making the member of the Brookwood farms community happy, and our apartments running smoothly.
I have never written a review for an apartment complex, Carrie & Kyle have earned this review!
