Disappointing
February 21, 2017The plus is having 2 floors and a front and back door but apartments are old and outdated, the laundromats are always broken, rent too high, not enough parking, dark at night, not much lighting, residents noisy and disrespectful, too many inspections,no working security camera and maintenance workers are clowns.Review from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015I just moved into Browns Woods Apts. I couldn't be happier....I have a 2 bedroom / one bath that is much more like a townhome. It is 2 stories, with a separate dining room. All rooms are large and spacious, there is also a front door and back door in the kitchen with both doors having screen doors on them. The windows are large also and all come with blinds. The complex itself is quiet and well maintained. I can't say enough about the office workers and maintenance workers - they're great! ...It's a wonderful place for my two granddaughters as they have plenty of safe areas to play and ride their bikes. As I said I couldn't be happier......it has been a great move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
