Brownstone “Luxury” Apartments
July 27, 2022My experience at the Brownstone “Luxury” apartments has been anything but luxury— even by college student standards. Constant dog poop everywhere, crumbling walls, ants and leaking ceilings are just some of the recurring issues that one may face while inhabiting these “modern, high quality” apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Apartments!
July 27, 2022Foundation is not safe, the bricks down one of the walls are cracked vertically showing structural faults. Black mold grows on almost every window frame, walls are separating at the corners and crumble onto anything near them, and ants and cockroaches infest the place. Only live in this place if you have literally nowhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
