Security Deposit
October 25, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comDont ever rent in this apartment complex if you want your security deposit back. They will always find a way to keep your money. I moved out and could not make the move out inspection because this complex they are only aviable from 9am to 4:30pm to do any work or do anything. Now most of the people I know have to work and if they can not take the time off then they are stuck. I had a pre move out inspection completed and they told me that it was satisfactory. All of a sudden when I moved out they ...said "Oh the floors have to be totally redone and it is a $495 charge" so to make it short 3 days before I move out everything was ok, now that I can not make the final inspection due to work and they know that the floors need to be totally re done. and finally when I asked if there is money left over from the 1800 security, They told me I OWE THEM 55 more dollars. March 18, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI am currently living at the Brownstone apartments and have zero complaints from my experience. The few times I have had issues the staff has been extremely helpful in meeting my needs. I have a two bedroom and we have so much room, including tons of closet space. There's a washer and dryer on the premises and plenty of parking in the lot. This was a bad winter and my lot was always plowed. Living on Main street it can get a little noisy but you can't beat the location. Walking distance from bars ...and restaurants, the Willowbrook mall, and the train station. I highly recommend the Brownstones.Read More
