March 8, 2024Paper thin walls and floors daily it sounds like a gymnastics tournament over my head from sun up to sun down and nothing is being done about it. Many complaints to management have not resulted in any improvement. It’s supposed to be quiet hours at least that’s what it says in the lease that’s a joke. October 1, 2016The agent told us that the water fee is included. However we still receive the water bill and because we donot think we need to pay water bill,we were not aware of it until last month. So we even need to pay the late fee. What makes me angry is not the money I need to pay but the agent was cheating! Take care if you are going to sign the leasing contract!Review from Apartments.com
Fall Very Short
June 23, 2016If you have the option to move anywhere else, do so. Rent is too high and the property is very run down inside and especially outside. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Everything is outdated and cheaply designed. If you choose this place, it's at your own risk. I would give them mostly Zeroes but I can't. The end.Review from Apartments.com
