Unpleasant experience
July 24, 2025My experience with this property was very disappointing. When we first toured the apartments, the leasing office—specifically Taylor—was very persistent, contacting my boyfriend Kristopher almost daily to complete the application. Once the application was submitted, that level of communication disappeared. I called with questions about the move-in process and never received a call back. Kristopher also called multiple times with no response. We also requested a third-floor unit several times, ...both in person and over the phone, but were still placed on the second floor in a building that we were told is mostly occupied by younger residents—not what we wanted or discussed. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for our preferences made us feel dismissed and unwelcome. We ultimately chose not to move in. This was not a pleasant or professional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property based on our interaction.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Management Ever
June 4, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE. Insane amount of ducks and geese are always on the sidewalks and in our hallways. Dog and duck poop everywhere that residents end up cleaning when it's not their animal because management does not care. They let you tour one specific unit and keep that hallway clean so you get a false impression. Gates have been broken since before we moved in 7 months ago. They only care about money and not how they can make your living better. You will regret living here.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Recommend at all
April 9, 2024The company has went through 5 different managements in the span of a year since I was staying there and there is always miscommunication between leasing consultants and residents. After leaving and packing up everything and turning in the key’s properly I still was not able to get my security deposit and was charged more money for days after I had already terminated my lease and paid my last months rent.Review from Apartments.com

December 24, 2022What a great apartment complex this is? The grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful large lake/pond that you can walk along. The amenities are great. The pool area is amazing with grills and a fireplace. There is a game room area and a nice gym. Much nicer than what I’ve seen at other apartment complexes. Also, the staff is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I have a two bedroom apartment and it’s spacious and the kitchen is amazing with a full island. Do not live here
November 16, 2022So not sign a lease because what they show you is not what you get. As soon as you sign the lease and move in you’ll regret it. From the homeless people coming in and out to the random people driving through, it’s not secure. People selling drugs out of their apartment. Guns being left on top of cars. June 18, 2019I just finished my 1 year lease. After being promised a lot of community amenities such as shared bikes, none of them ever came true. My car was broken into. The property manager was notified and said that they were going to put in security cameras and never did. Then 5 more cars got broken into, and still no security cameras.. After we turned in our keys we got a call saying they ‘detected’ a pet odor so they ripped out the carpet and called saying they would be charging us $600-$800 to replace ...it. Big scam.
