Terrible management
June 16, 2022The apartments are in the perfect location with a great aesthetic. But the new management company called tribridge is terrible and trash. Do not live here if you want to deal with horrible management.Review from Apartments.com
The Brumby
August 24, 2015I have had no issues living in The Brumby. I just moved in last month and I love the place. It is very spacious, maintenance is great. Upkeep of the property is wonderful. The only issue is the walls are a little bit thin, but that's expected in an apartment. Other than that, I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2015The Brumby Lofts are in the perfect location in Marietta Ga for enjoying local restaurants, shopping, and socializing with neighbors all in one night! Located just blocks from the historic Marietta Square the Brumby Lofts are an upbeat living environment. With the open ceiling structures and each loft being totally unique it enables you to live in an "Apartment" that isn't like everyone else's. Very good idea for people confined in wheelchairs as well. The open floor plans give the room and ...not the walls, which turn into obstacles at times. July 28, 2015This is a great place to live, every loft has it's own character and every neighbor is a friend. Walking distance to great food and drinks. Tons of culture. Very reasonable rent.
