July 8, 2024Walls are thin. You can hear everyone. Your next door neighbor. You downstairs. The people next street over. 520sq ft for a 1 bedroom. Tiny kitchen. No space. 3 outlets in the entire living room. Parking is street parking. And they will fight you over it. One guy slashed the tires of another because they took his spot. People with children demand a street spot by their apartment. They will park illegally and blame you.Review from Apartments.com
Over priced moldy apartment complex
September 5, 2019I lived there for a little over three years. I had a 15 gallon hot water tank, I've seen a car set on fire in my parking lot. I was burglarized, they would not instal a deadbolt for me even after this even. Rent was steadily increased about 25$ every quarter. Trash bins always over flowing. Paper thin walls and floors that are probably just layers of ugly off white paint at this point. I'm certain there is mold behind all the walls and celeings as it wreaks of decay. Management when it was ...Spanish gates was a joke and I'm sure it's no better now. Great Location
August 11, 2015The Spanish Gates apartments are in a great location if you want to be near the lake, shopping centers and events. The managers are more then willing to help with any issues or concerns that you may have. Unlike most apartments in the area the country like setting is a nice distraction from the busy city. The neighbors are friendly and there is a park at the end of the road.Review from Apartments.com
