Horrible management
December 18, 2023Horrible management!!! I feel sorry for leaving one star for a place I was living at for 6 years. I have lived in this property for 6 years and then moved to a different state. Moved back to Wisconsin, and of course I want to live in the place I was comfortable living at. Tried so many times to get in touch with the office but no one picks up the phone. Decided to drive by, when I got there , the new property manager is very careless and doesn’t know anything the application process and pushing ...people away by mentioning the process for the process takes for months to hear back. However ,I filled my application and she stopped the process because she wants my “ physical Social Security CARD “ no one ever asked for it and didn’t have it on me the time I applied .I emailed her a copy of it by the email but she still ignored it, I even showed her my passport ( physical copy) still NO . Days after Kept calling to ask her when I can bring my “ physical SS card” and check if any updates, No one answer. I gave her $35 money order for the application and didn’t hear back since I applied ,that was Dec 1.2023. It’s a shame for this company to have employees like that. Feel bad for the tenants. I will apply back when they change this managementProperty Manager Responded
