September 16, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comYou try to call several times and no one answers or will call you back. Not very good customer service if you ask me. How would a person get information unless they drove there.Property Manager Responded
September 19, 2022I am very sorry you have not been able to reach anyone. Due to the size of the property, we do not have an office onsite. We do most of our tours through Rently.com if we should have something available. Right now, I will have a 1BR available the end of October that rents for $995, a 2BR available the middle of October that rents for $1195 and a 3BR available the middle of December that rents for $1500. February 5, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe property is nice, however the maintenance at this time is not good and trying to get a hold of someone when there is a problem is not good at this time. IF you can get a hold of someone to fix problems consider that lucky. I am sure with it being a new apartment complex some things will eventually get worked out but until then it is difficult... It needs a more reliable number to get a hold of someone and more maintenance personnel. I also noticed that some of the sidewalk were not cleaned ...from the ice and snow which is really a safety hazard for the company.
