Disappointed with the overall experience
February 20, 2026I had high hopes for Buffalo Ridge Townhomes, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and several concerns have gone unresolved. For a new construction community, I expected better organization and follow through. Luxury Advertising, Affordable Housing Quality
January 22, 2026This community is not luxury. Plumbing issues, HVAC problems, mold, and shoddy construction are common. Maintenance is slow and ineffective. Management is unprofessional, and staff culture is toxic. I would not recommend moving here.Review from Apartments.com
