    My unit was awesome and very spacious, great views also. Rooftop amenities were phenomenal. Shopping was close by and a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and night life. Already renewed for another school year!! The leasing staff were always helpful and maintenance staff always took care of any issues, which was hardly anything. All were very professional! I highly recommend!

    It was filthy when my daughter moved in - she was so excited to move into an apartment and it was such a big let down that I had to beg and borrow cleaning items from the cleaning lady so that I could scrub her kitchen/living space so it wouldn't feel so gross moving in :( Along the way maintenance not great - washer/dryer was out for several weeks, door handle to front door literally fell off in my hand, her bedroom door never closed/locked. Hallways always stunk and were never clean any of the ...

    I've lived here since August 2022 with 2 different sets of roommates. Ever since then, management has let the trash pile up to where it was nearly as tall as me MULTIPLE TIMES. The amenities are always broken or disgusting (i.e. the grill knobs being unusable, the dog park being filled with poop, or there not being any toilet paper in the bathrooms on the 1st floor).     Utilize their residential portal to pay rent, which uses plaid to pull checking account electronically - no manual entry to eliminate any mistakes. Been successfully paying rent like this for months.     I have lived here for almost a year and this place is horrible. They lie about everything. Do not trust anything they say. Maintenance requests are ignored for months at a time. The apartment complex is noisy and there is no enforcement of the rules. The halls smell like marijuana and they tow resident's cars when they have payed for parking permits.
