    The complex managers have been hard to get in touch with. Many phone calls went unanswered and messsges unreturned. Now that there’s a dedicated person here M, W, F, I’m sure it will improve. All that said, the leasing process went well.

    My experience has been great and I really love and appreciate the staff and maintenance crew they awesome and very kind and nice my only complaint is the gym is not that great to workout for it to be a luxury community and the water fountains never works and it’s so many bugs and insects that gets into our home and garage it’s uncomfortable but the people and the community is amazing

    Bull Run has been one of the best living experiences for my family! The neighborhood is quiet and accommodating to our lifestyle.
