Before Me and my fiancé even applied I tried to contact the property through this app, got nothing. A bit later saw 2 openings for around my move date on their website so we applied, spent 80$. I didn’t call or contact for a week, if I’m not mistaken they should contact u within a week after application was sent, and I even did it on the website where it said apartments were actively available. Waited a week. I’ve called everyday between there posted office hours at least a few times a day just ...
in case they’ve been busy and not around the phone, I’ve even left messages and gotten no feedback still. So I tried to call the number on here and still nothing. And now when I went and checked the website there’s no availability and not even an apartment posted. I live out of state and me and my fiancé are desperately trying to move and If we weren’t accepted or they were taken I’d at least like a call and a refund on

I was really interested in moving into one of these apartments. So interested in fact, that I paid for the submission of two applications that were posted for two different apartments on THEIR official website. I spoke to Cathy (the office lady) about getting a refund because I basically applied for apartments that weren't available. Not to mention, my credit was checked; and yes I understand that submitting an application means that I gave the property permission to do so. However, I gave that ...
permission with the intentions of being able to actually get an apartment (if I qualified of course). While I am quite upset that this management is choosing to keep my application fees, I am more frustrated with the fact that apartments are being uploaded to their official website and aren't actually available. This issue needs to be fixed because it is not fair to me, nor any future applicants that might run into the same issue.
