August 14, 2015The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which is why the rent is high. Paying over $1200 in monthly rent for a one bedroom with no updated ammenities nor features is a bummer. However, I thank God to have a place to stayReview from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015Great apartments for the price. Quiet neighborhood, attentive groundskeeper/superintendent, home like atmosphere. I was looking for a location close to Manhattan to make my transit to NYC bearable and found this complex. A little dated on the outside but completely renovated inside and a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
