February 21, 2025Wonderful place to live, this has been my best apartment rental experience, you can enjoy large and comfortable spaces, a lot of peace with your neighbors, the administration works exceptionally, Melissa will help you at all times with what you need, she responds quickly to your requests, and do not worry with your leasing process, she will help you with a big smile and professionalism, the maintenance team is efficient and responds quickly to your requests. In addition, you will have plenty of ...space in your parking spaces, you will be close to shops, pharmacies and restaurants and also the CVG airport, I recommend this place !!! Apartments poorly ran, Cockorach filled, and water leaks
May 6, 2022Cockroach filled, towing company that tow your car at any chance it will get, poorly taken care, had water leaks in the ceiling, maintenance that don't do anything, and ignore complaints until the actually become major issue like the roof caving. Didn't even provide dishwasher until years living in the unit after multiple request when it should provided. Beautiful hardwood floors, nice clean carpet in the bedrooms, lots of windows for natural light to shine in, sturdy mini blinds and cool private balcony.
