These are hella good apts
July 31, 2015I have live here for 9 months and the price and space is great. I can live a good modest life with having the money to go out in the town. No noise to worry about, its hidden from most traffic areas. Good area away from the high traffic enough to figure a good route around Austin. There was a problem with roaches, small ones. This i believe was caused from dirty neighbors and heat. one neighbor had such a dirty apt that you would smell her stench outside her door. This never came into my ...apartment and I am super glad of this. Maintenance is very good and fast, nice also. I recommend anyone who is looking for a good price small place to live. There are no amenities and I can live with that. There is so much more you can use that money for around Austin.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
