A great property that is modern, well maintained and provides a warm community atmosphere. Excellent and friendly staff, fun resident events, nice amenities. Great location for those transitioning from city living with great restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 30 minute train ride to the city for us commuters. I have truly loved living at Burlington Station. I sold my home in Hinsdale and was not sure how I would cope with apartment living while I figured out my next move. My husband and I downsized to live in a walkable fun community that was easily accessible to the train. We have loved living at Burlington station! The apartment is great but the people are better! I have been living there for over a year and this community is really a great place to stay. The units are beautiful, everyone is easy to work with, and the amenities are very nice. What stands out is the monthly community events they put on. From book clubs, to super bowl parties, and game nights that are all catered.

Convenient to local shops, restaurants, and the BNSF train as well as the local Farmer’s Market and various community events. The Management Team is always on hand to answer questions, address concerns, or simply greet you with a smile as you walk through the lobby. well-equipped gym you will find all you need to expand your living space. The building also has unique community areas including a conference room, billiards room, a relaxation zone, and a coffee break zone. At the end of the day, it’s always nice to “come home” to Burlington Station and we would highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Staff & Great Location

We have been living at Burlington Station for about a year and we couldn't be happier with our decision to live in Downers Grove. My wife rides the train every morning and loves the ease to walk out the door and be at the station. We live on the north side of the building facing the tracks and barely notice the trains anymore. The engineers did a great job to cancel the noise from the constant trains.

Burlington Station is the perfect place to live in Downer's Grove. Being from out-of-state, it's close proximity to the train, shops and awesome restaurants, I couldn't have picked a better spot. Burlington Station is a new , contemporary apartment that sets a new standard. The building has large open spaces, wide hallways and a great outdoor space. The outdoor space is open , yet private enough to make you feel at home whether playing with your dog, watching a game on the big screens or barbecuing.
