Burlington Station provides all that and more. The units are beautiful and equipped with high quality finishes that make living at Burlington Station a luxury. The management and staff of Burlington Station are friendly and attentive to ensuring the property remains clean and safe. The location of the property is also a ...huge plus. It is walking distance to the Metra station, wonderful restaurants and shops, as well as gyms and walking trails. LOVE IT SO MUCH
July 6, 2022I have truly loved living at Burlington Station. I sold my home in Hinsdale and was not sure how I would cope with apartment living while I figured out my next move. I LOVE IT…thanks to this amazing place. The building, amenities, and location are stellar! And of course, Cara and Autumu maintain it so well. It has been SO FUN living here. It is super clean (smells great) and has everything you can possibly need. The same developer has a new building just opening in Westmont as well. I ...am sure that is amazing too. Everyone that visits me is just amazed with how wonderful this building is…TRULY! And the location is so cool…walk to everything! Welcome Home to Burlington Station
October 18, 2019We moved to Downers Grove in July and Burlington Station has been the perfect place to call home. Convenient to local shops, restaurants, and the BNSF train as well as the local Farmer’s Market and various community events. The Management Team is always on hand to answer questions, address concerns, or simply greet you with a smile as you walk through the lobby. The amenities are “all that you need” and then some, from the spacious amenities deck to the luxurious club room and the ...well-equipped gym you will find all you need to expand your living space. The building also has unique community areas including a conference room, billiards room, a relaxation zone, and a coffee break zone. At the end of the day, it’s always nice to “come home” to Burlington Station and we would highly recommend it to others.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff & Great Location
October 17, 2019We have been living at Burlington Station for about a year and we couldn't be happier with our decision to live in Downers Grove. My wife rides the train every morning and loves the ease to walk out the door and be at the station. We live on the north side of the building facing the tracks and barely notice the trains anymore. New to Burlington Station
September 23, 2019Burlington Station is a new , contemporary apartment that sets a new standard. The building has large open spaces, wide hallways and a great outdoor space. The outdoor space is open , yet private enough to make you feel at home whether playing with your dog, watching a game on the big screens or barbecuing. You can tell the staff is passionate about the building and its tenants. The property manager and leasing consultants made our rental and move in seamless .
