October 26, 2022I only rented fir a few months and it was a few months too long!!! Poor quality everything and nothing got fixed. Two burners on the stove never worked. My kitchen looked nothing like the picture. It was a mess. You can find anyplace better to live.Property Manager Responded

Tenant Beware!!
August 3, 2016I lived in this apartment complex for three years. when it was time to move on to another apartment I cleaned it upI moved out on my scheduled date. what I didn't realize was in the contract I signed the tenant is responsible for everything the landlord does to renovate it for the next tenant that includes redoing the Rugs, painting and even little things like maybe wiping down a counter whIch they charge $8 for that. I was hit up with an $800 bill and it's all legal in the contract. I asked them ...what about me security deposit they said the security deposit is non-refundable and goes towards renovating their apartment and I said what about my pet deposit and feesthey said the pet fee and deposit is nothing more than for the luxury of having a pet in the apartment it is not a security charge for Any damages from the pets. as the last reviewer said all the appliances and the apartment itself is old there's cracks in the walls from the foundation the only thing it has going for it is that it is quiet and in a good location near the mall and the Speedline.you do get a basement and a private entrance with washer and dryer butt like I said you are responsible for any renovating they do want to leave that apartment and that could cost you lots of money without even realizing it. the RuGs weren't even that bad nor were the walls but because it was their responsibility they charged me Over $500 for rug detailing and painting the apt. August 2, 2015Lived here for over 10 years. Never any uprgrades. Apartments are from the 70's and show. Never any Managment on site. Huge turn over over in Managment . Every time a new manager comes in the rules seem to change but only verbally. Maintenance staff goes around talking about all tenants and telling all of their business. The only complex thAt I am aware of that will tape an open letter, for everyone to read, on your screen door.
