Great apartment complex close to a lot of restaurants and the boardwalk. The people who run it are friendly, helpful, and on top of things. I didn’t have a single problem while I was there but maintenance definitely seems like they want to stay on top of things. Highly recommend burnt oaks, great place to live.

I loved living here for two years and I am very sad to be leaving, it’s one of the best apartments I have lived in. It’s very quiet and well maintained. It’s in a very walkable area as a trail is right behind the complex and it’s close to the beach. JB Andrews is a 40 min drive. Mandy is very polite and very helpful. Maintenance was always on top of it. Any concern I had they fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend this place to anywhere looking for an affordable place to live.

I haven't seen the maintenance guy Keith fix anything all I see him doing is hanging out in the back of the parking lot with the guy who cuts the grass for the property who never seems to leave. They don't have any ammenities just an old community room Kristin the property manager didn't even bother showing during the tour.. they have a "car wash" but it's broke I went to stick a quarter in and it got stuck it didn't have anything on it indicating it was broke..just a bunch of other quarters that ...
were stuck from other people trying to use it.. there are no dumpsters..in every area there should be dumpsters there are individual trash and recycle cans instead..the area is gross and it's infested with cats..there's an old lady that doesn't even live here that comes and feeds the cats every morning which is probAbly why there is so many of them..the appliances are old..the refrigerators don't even have ice makers..the dishwasher are from the 80's and I have to dry my clothes twice in order for them to dry..these apartments are high compared to the other apartments in the area and it's not worth it

I want to thank Kristin, Angel, Mr. Bill and Keith for all their hard work. I can't thank you all enough for your friendly smiles and hellos. You have no idea how they helped me through this difficult time in my life. If your looking for a quite safe complex I highly recommend Burnt Oaks. You're a 7 min walk to the beach, restaurants, Friday night farmers market during the summer. Mr. Bill and Keith are always tentative and friendly. I will be moving out of my 1 bedroom unit in October, so ...

I've lived here for a year, and it's been a pleasant stay. The apartments are kept in good condition, and the maintenance staff does a nice job keeping the grounds up kept and clean. Kristen, Angel and the rest of the staff are always polite and attentive to any needs. The location is great, and within walking distance to the beach.

With an easy commute (~30 min) to JB Andrews, I wish that I had been here sooner. Kristen, Angell, and the rest of the staff are phenomenal to say the least. No request is overlooked, and all are taken care of expeditiously. If you like a quiet, country-like, bayside setting, then this is for you. I could say more, but you really have to experience it for yourself. Undoubtedly highly recommended!

Burnt Oaks community is awesome! What can I say....Kristin is such an awesome landlord/leasing agent. She is attentive and gets things done quickly. I know the maintenance guys by name, I know most of neighbors who are awesome. A lot of the tenants are military and police. We are military as well. Its only 5 blocks from the beach! All and all its definitely been good to us for the last 4 years. I recommend it to anyone looking!
